Just don't look for Alan Moore's name on it, he distanced himself from it months back. Not the best sign.
Since the Saturnyne appears to have disappeared (erm) again I'll answer, yes it's V for Vendetta but it's had a few development problems so we'll have to see what happens (I liked Constantine and From Hell but LXG, arrgh!, it burns, it burns.)
I saw the trailer at the cinema tonight and it looked interesting but never mind that as there was a trailer for Serenity as well which looked very good indeed.

So long as they keep the mystery of V as opaque as they do in the graphic novel it MAY be ok. I liked Constatine a whole lot better than expected, provided I didn't mentally link it to the Constantine of my youth...
